TO BE ENACTED by the Sovereign’s official signature, advice and consent of the Executive Council, The House of Nobles, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Article I || Titles
1.00 || This Act may be cited and referred to in short as the Defence Act 2024.
1.01 || This Act may be referred to in full as Iris Defence Act 2024.

2.00 || This act desires to improve the Iris Defence Act of 2023 by splitting the military into three separate branches the Army, the Navy and the Air Force as well as improve the chain of command.
2.01 || The head of the Armed forces is the Councillor of Defence or the Sovereign
