Civil Service Act of 2024
Section 1: Deputy Councilors
A. Each department shall appoint a Deputy Councilor for the duration of each council session, responsible for managing their respective department.Section 2: Ambassadors
B. Ambassadors are appointed by the First Councilor, receiving a passport issued in the name of the Sovereign to represent the region of Iris abroad.Section 3: Department Personnel
C. Departments are allowed to hire up to 5 personnel, with the exception being the Foreign Affairs Department.Section 4: House of Noble Members
D. No House of Noble Member may serve in the Civil Service, except for Ambassador assignments.Section 5: Sovereign's Participation
E. The Sovereign is prohibited from serving in any department.Section 6: Etiquette and Professionalism
F. All Civil Service members shall adhere to appropriate etiquette and professionalism, fostering an environment conducive to learning government operations and building future leaders of tomorrow.
