Title: The World Assembly Delegate Of 2023
Purpose of this act:
The World Assembly Delegate is an act that will provide standards for the office of World Assembly Delegate and give tools for a successful World Assembly program in Iris.
Section I: The office of the World Assembly Delegate:
The charter defines the World Assembly Delegate as a member of the First Councilor’s cabinet known as the World Assembly Delegate. The World Assembly Delegate is charged with the responsibility of,Ensuring all World Assembly nations in the region maintain their endorsement count to be 3 less than the World Assembly Delegate.
Vote and represent the region in the General Assembly and Security Council proposals.
Advise the First Councilor on important matters they may deem security threats to the sovereignty of the region.
Define and discuss ways to get the region to participate in the World Assembly by holding regional polls, be available to take questions from the public, and increase their endorsement count with a constant review.
Section II: The Game Side Authority Of The World Assembly
The game side authority for the World Assembly Delegate will be the World Assembly, Polls, and Communications to help with carrying out the duties of their office. The World Assembly Delegate will have an office on the forum and discord to help coordinate the discussion for their duties.
The World Assembly Delegate is elected every twelve hours or via every regional update. For anyone who wishes to become the World Assembly Delegate, they must make their intention known on the RMB and Discord and have half of the delegates endorsement count before they can run.
