Royal Warrant: The Election Protection Act
By the sovereign authority of His Royal Highness, the Monarch of the Kingdom of Iris, and with the advisement of the Executive Council, the following Royal Warrant, known as The Election Protection Act, is hereby enacted to establish the Blair Election Hall as the official electoral headquarters of the region, and to set forth regulations and procedures to safeguard the integrity and fairness of the electoral process within the Kingdom of Iris.

- The Blair Election Hall is hereby designated as the official electoral headquarters for the Kingdom of Iris. All electoral activities, including the administration of elections, the announcement of results, and related official functions, shall be conducted at this location.
- The Blair Election Hall shall serve as a neutral venue for all election-related events and activities to ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all political parties and candidates.
Article II: Election Conduct and Privacy
1. Conduct of Elections
- All elections for the Executive Council positions within the Kingdom of Iris shall be conducted through the forum provided by the Blair Election Hall with privacy settings enabled.
- Only the Sovereign shall have access to view the election results, to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the electoral process.
Article III: Political Party Regulations
1. Formation of Political Parties
- Citizens wishing to establish a political party must do so at least fourteen (14) days prior to the declaration of an election period.
- All political parties must be formally approved by the Sovereign to participate in elections, ensuring an independent and unbiased electoral process.
2. Requirements for Party Recognition
- Each political party must have at least two (2) active members to be considered valid.
- A party manifesto detailing the party’s principles, objectives, and policies must be submitted at the time of the party's registration.
- All political parties are required to establish their headquarters within the Blair Election Hall to facilitate official communication and administrative oversight.
Article IV: Majority Party Considerations
1. Eligibility for Majority Party Status
- To be considered for recognition as the Majority Party, a political party must meet all established criteria and demonstrate significant support within the electorate, as determined by the results of the general election.
Article V: Amendments and Modifications
1. Authority to Amend
- This Warrant may be amended or modified by a subsequent Royal Warrant issued by the Sovereign, as the need arises and circumstances within the Kingdom evolve.
