Hello there, Sir and Madams,
I see you have stumbled upon my TED talk and first article on how to about how to do Government. There are multiple steps to run functionally and well in Government and I have multiple steps, tips, and advice to do well in Government and how to run ministries in them, and boss people around with philosophical theory and knowledge as well. Government can be a scary thing to enter and arrive into, but it can be easy and fun when you get the hang of it by using the knowledge of resources available in the Government, what processes function the Government, and what policies you are aware and can implement into your ministries. It also matters all about what type of ministry you are running. Now, it is time to begin and just give the basics on how to do stuff in Government with 3-4 steps that can help you which explains about the Government and what you can do in there.
Step #1 Introduction to Government: The Government is an institutional body which administrates, runs, and provides things to function and do things which citizens or residents can interact, engage, and have fun with for the benefit of the region. A President runs the Government which they oversee the executive which is made up of ministers who are then in charge of individual ministries. Those ministers then can appoint deputy ministers if they want to help deputize or run the single subdepartments in the ministry. The ministers make sure there is a policy laid out for the ministry to follow, make sure staff are tasked with jobs and activities to do, and processes and ministry are running smoothly. That is how the Government is set up and laid out and which ministries where ministers can run their things I will explain next about.
Step #2 Different Types of Ministries:
There are generally 4-5 different types of ministries in NS regions which cover Culture, Radio, Newspaper, Foreign Affairs, Navy, and Recruitment & Integration of newcomers. I will cover one-by-one in order of category explaining which one is which and what subject they cover and learn about what they do in a region. First the Culture Ministry: The Culture ministry is in charge of the culture of the region which they are in charge of creating and conducting festivals, activities, and events for the citizenry of the region to be able to partake and engage in it. The Radio Ministry: The Radio Ministry is all about the Radio, conducting interviews and talks, and covering news in a live action talk host way where the citizenry can engage and get informative information about current happenings in the region. The Newspaper Ministry: The Newspaper Ministry basically involves newspapers (like this), editing, and creation & publishing of news to people in a text format way for citizenry to read on and up about news and regional happenings in the region. Step #2 Different Types of Ministries:
The Foreign Affairs Ministry: The Foreign Affairs ministry is all about foreign events, happenings, and diplomacy with other regions. They are in charge of developing policy for foreign affairs direction for the region, creation of embassies and consulates with other regions, and being diplomatic with other regions. The Navy ministry: The Navy ministry is the ministry where military gameplay, happenings, and operations happen in. Finally, the Recruitment and Integration ministry: This ministry is all the most important ministry in the region, which is the face for newcomers, integration of them into the community, and where newcomers will ask questions with members of the ministry first to get an idea of the region and what it is all about. That is pretty much all the summary and descriptions about the ministries in a government and a region in general.
Step #3 Functions of a Minister: The functions of a minister is quite cool to have and it makes it easy for ministers to gather resources, knowledge, and the tools needed to run a ministry properly. I will list them out here which is: Roll calls, Application threads, powers, Channels, and Resources and Power. Roll calls: Roll calls are tools which can be done in the beginning of the term to find which people will be active in the start of the term, who will be inactive, and sort out staffing rolls to make them updated and up to date with current information. Application threads: They are a general place for where citizens can apply for ministries, and where the minister can either accept or deny them into the ministry. Powers: The Minister has several powers like discretion to what stuff they want to in the ministry, have a say what to do in the ministry, masking powers, and sometimes representation powers for the region which you have to be careful with the important responsibility of being a responsible and competent minister who is representing the region as an appointed official of the region. Channels: Channels are where places where discussions can happen in, planning is done in, and which the minister can announce things in it as well (channels include forum threads in this definition). Resources: Resources are where which the minister can have a hold off to understand, learn, and mean what stuff is to use it to make it easier for them to function and properly run the ministry with. That is all about what the minister entitles to have and do with.
