Regional Flag Referendum

I believe it is time for us to hold a proper referendum on the regional flag for Iris. For the time being, we will be taking flag submissions here in this forum thread. The rules are very simple. Make the flag look good and make sure it follows the Nationstates Gameside rules. The decision to create this referendum reflects that our regional citizens shall be entitled to pick what flag best represents our region! The stages go as follows;
Step One: Citizens will submit flag designs for everyone to look at.
Step Two: All citizens will have a chance to vote on the submissions of which one they like the best.
Step Three: The Sovereign will announce the winner and host a retirement ceremony for the old flag and hoist up the regional flag!
