The King walks into the room where he sits down at a table. The King has been spending most of his time in Chesapeake Bay where he’s relaxing and getting away from the crowds in Palm Springs. The king plans to return for the summit. But this week he’s engaged in the City Summit with his Lord Mayors. He unfolds a piece of paper and begins to read,
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Honorable Lord Mayors of Iris,
As the days grow longer and the warmth of summer embraces our beautiful region, it is my great pleasure to welcome you all to this joyous season. Summer, a time of renewal and vitality, brings with it the promise of new beginnings and opportunities for growth.
Today, we gather not only to celebrate the arrival of summer but also to commence a week-long City Summit, an event dedicated to discussing the enhancement and prosperity of our beloved cities—Palm Springs, Cosgrove Mountains, and Chesapeake Bay. I extend a warm invitation to all our Lord Mayors to partake in this important summit. Your leadership and vision are crucial as we strive to make our cities more vibrant and thriving communities.
Throughout this week, we will engage in meaningful dialogues, share innovative ideas, and collaborate on projects that will uplift each city. Our focus will be on enhancing infrastructure, promoting cultural activities, boosting local economies, and ensuring that every citizen feels safe and valued. By working together, we can create bustling, dynamic urban centers that reflect the spirit and strength of Iris.
Summer is also a time to remind ourselves of our goals and the promises we have made. My government pledges to host the G3 Summit on July 4th, a significant event that will highlight our commitment to international cooperation and diplomacy. We will pass a budget and set up an economy that benefits all, encourage role-playing activities within our community, and continue to strengthen and develop our cities into the bustling communities we envision.
This term is 70 days long, and it will surely pass quickly. Let us make the most of this time by dedicating ourselves to the betterment of our region and the fulfillment of our shared dreams.
Tonight, let us celebrate this special occasion with joy and camaraderie. Tomorrow, let us roll up our sleeves and be ready to work towards the bright future we envision for Iris. Together, we will make this summer a season of achievement and prosperity.
Thank you all for your dedication and commitment to our region.
Enjoy the celebrations, and let us embrace the warmth and promise of summer!
With best regards,
HM King James I
