TO BE ENACTED by the President’s official signature, advice and consent of the Council of Nations and its leadership as assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1.00 || This Act may be cited and referred to in short as the Iris Budget Act.
1.01 || This Act may be referred to in full as The Iris National Budget Act.

2.00 || In order to promote welfare, economic growth and pay the government this budget shall be proposed as law. The budget includes:
Healthcare
National Health Service dedicated to the health of Iris’s citizens.
Medicine and Prescription Drugs
3.7 million
Doctor Salaries
2.5 million
Disability Services (eyeglasses, canes, etc )
1.7 million
Hospital Services ( doctor appoints and cost to run medical facilities )
1.2 million
Subsidized Private Dentist Practices ( dental service is privatized but this to keep costs of an appoint down )

Total: 9.85 million dollars

Paying the salaries of government officials. NOTE: This is a salary for one term.
