The band begins to play gracefully as the celebration of the 2nd Government begins tonight. The President is outside with his statement ready. This is to begin the ceremony and start a new tradition here in the region. The Sergeants of Arms opens the door and announces, the Honorable Chancellor of Iris, the Honorable Raziel! The Chancellor walks down the aisle and takes a seat. The Sergeant of Arms returns with the trumpet playing a tune. Ladies and Gentlemen, the President of Iris, James R. Kennedy!!
Good evening everyone,
It’s certainly a very important time in our region. We go from closing our first session in the Council of Nations to opening our second session. The journey begins tonight with our outgoing First Councilor, Fledro, and our incoming First Councilor, Concursia. Two incredible individuals both gifted in their own right. Gentlemen, the task of your administrations were and will be great for many reasons why. Being an early member and government leader now serves to how the development of this region will be for many years to come. The First Councilor is our head of government, who is also the most powerful individual in our region today! You will now be interested with the most important position here in the region at a very important time. I believe that you were the right person for this job, and I know you will excel to lead us to many more memorable days! I am proud to open this session to allow you to address this great legislative body for the very first time as our First Councilor. Before you can do so I must ask you a very important question. Concurisa, will you accept this honor to form and lead your elected government on behalf of the region of Iris? Will you protect its sovereignty, its people, and govern to the best of you ability?
