TO BE ENACTED by the President’s official signature, advice and consent of the Council of Nations and its leadership as assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Article I || Titles
1.00 || This Act may be cited and referred to in short as the The Cultural Events and Sports Act..
1.01 || This Act may be referred to in full as An Act to establish Cultural Events and Sports in Iris.

1.01 || This Act may be referred to in full as An Act to establish Cultural Events and Sports in Iris.
2.00 || This is an act to establish a culture department as a sub-department of the Interior Councilor office, defining the powers of the cultural organizer and how they are appointed to such position.
2.01 || This is an act to establish professional sports in Iris, defining the cultural organizer as the controlling body over sports in Iris.
Article III || The Culture Organizer and Its Powers
3.00 || The Cultural department will be under the purview of the Interior Councilor, defined as "Cultural Department."
3.01 || The Culture Organizer is the official over the department and is appointed by the Interior Department.
3.02 || The Culture Organizer shall have control of organizing events such as Art events, weekly polls, World Cups, and Small Roleplay events.
Article IV || Iris Sports
4.00 || This Act establishes the professional sports of Baseball and Football in Iris
4.01|| The Culture Organizer will be in charge of establishing Sports and how the sports organizations will be conducted.
Article V || Funding
5.00 || The Culture department will utilize funding of government contracts to host culture and community events.
5.01 || The culture department will utilize funding of business contracts to establish the Baseball and Football sports organizations.
5.02 || Sports teams will be allocated a part of the business contract funding from the Culture Department to pay salaries of their teams.
Article VI || Schedule
6.00 || This is a standard act that will be proposed, debated, and voted on in the council of nations and signed by the President.
