DISCORD BOT APPLICATION ACT OF 2023
An Act to create a Standardized Application for Discord Bots in the Iris Discord Server

TO BE ENACTED by the President’s official signature, advice and consent of the Council of Nations and its leadership as assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Article I || Titles
1.00 || This Act may be cited and referred to in short as the Bot Application Act.
1.01 || This Act may be referred to in full as the Discord Bot Application Act of 2023 to ensure a convienent way to introduce new moderation or roleplay bots to the Iris Discord Server.

1.01 || This Act may be referred to in full as the Discord Bot Application Act of 2023 to ensure a convienent way to introduce new moderation or roleplay bots to the Iris Discord Server.
2.00 || A new channel will be established called "bot-application" for adding new bots through a proccess of application.
The application must include a list of information before being approved by either:
- The president
- Chancellor
- Vice chancellor
- First Councilor
- RP Councilor
- Internal Affairs Councilor.
They are allowed to veto the application or allow the application to go.
2.01 || The application must include information about the discord bot for the listed roles above to check whether it is allowed in the Iris Server or not.
The information includes and not limited to:
- Image of the bot's profile picture.
- Name of the Bot.
- The bot's main purpose.
- How to use the bot.
- How it could benefit the server.
Article III || Once Bot is added
3.00 || Since the bot needs permissions for its function capabilities, it will be placed under the role "bot".
3.01 || Bot can be restricted by roles listed in Provision 2.01 if it has capabilities of destroying or changing how the bot works or how the server functions.
