Family History
The House of Montreux is a French-descended Noble House of Iris. The Montreux Noble Family originated from France in 1385, during the reign of Charles VI of France. The founding patriarch of the family, Henry de Montreux, served the Crown of France and his services have in turn earned the favour of King Charles VI. It was during this time Henry de Montreux met with the Royal Family of Kennedy at a diplomatic meeting between France and Iris. Overtime, Henry de Montreux made a bond with the members of the Kennedy Royal Family and this created a friendship between the 2 families.
Later on, Gaston de Montreux, the then patriarch of the House of Montreux and descendant of Henry de Montreux, faced many challenges in the 1780s due to the rise of the French Revolution. It was in 1793 when Gaston left France with his family and went to Iris, after King Louis XVI was killed by the French people. Upon arrival to Iris, the family was greeted by the Kennedy Royal Family and they were recognised as a Noble Family of Iris. Later on, Gaston de Montreux marries into the Kennedy Royal Family and becomes more active in Iris by serving the Crown and the region.
Today, House of Montreux lives on through a new generation and with a strong relation with the Royal Family. Despite having left France ages ago, they haven't forgotten where they came from and respect their origins.
